These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "You") and olx100 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the olx100 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

To use the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Each individual may only hold one (1) active Account on olx100 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all but the oldest Account, forfeit any Balances held in the duplicates, and cancel any pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. olx100 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Before processing any withdrawal request, olx100 is required to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC procedures. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account.
The Services are provided for personal, recreational use only. You may not use the Services for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, offering the Services to third parties, or engaging in any form of arbitrage.
You agree not to provide false or misleading information to olx100 at any time, whether during registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any promotion, withdrawal request, or support inquiry.
You are responsible for maintaining the devices, internet connections, and software required to access the Services. olx100 is not responsible for any data or connectivity charges incurred by you in connection with your use of the Services.
olx100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.
The primary transactional currency of olx100 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagering, winnings calculations, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. For USDT deposits, funds are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method. These limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account and are subject to change. The Company reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly in most cases. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits require blockchain confirmation and are generally credited within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawal processing times depend on payment method, KYC status, and internal review procedures.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made by another person on your behalf — are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to return funds to their source if it believes a deposit has been made by or on behalf of a third party.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotions offered by olx100 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Where a bonus has specific terms that differ from this Agreement, those specific terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
olx100 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting welcome offers with multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play between multiple players to harvest promotional credits.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to one new Player per household (defined by shared residential address or IP address). Attempts to claim the same new-player offer from multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
All bets and game rounds on olx100 are governed by the individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
olx100 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games. Live casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes or odds after a wager has been placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction or server error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance. The Company's decision on such matters is final.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of olx100.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx100, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
olx100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closing, all pending wagering activity will be settled. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to: Clauses 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx100 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise complaints directly with our Customer Support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
olx100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including but not limited to changes to eligibility criteria, fee structures, or Player rights — we will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2.
